On April 8, Robert Palmer, along with his local California counsel, was able to obtain a policy limits settlement of nearly 7 figures on behalf of their client who had been injured in Napa Valley in a motor vehicle accident in June of 2015. The plaintiff was a passenger in the back of a limousine when the limousine driver made a left turn directly in front of an oncoming vehicle causing a collision. The plaintiff, a triathlon and Spartan athlete, received injuries to his back requiring surgeries including fusion of his L 4/5 discs.
