POTTS LAW FIRM NEGOTIATES GLOBAL AMS MESH SETTLEMENT
The Potts Law Firm is pleased to announce that Derek H. Potts along with our partner law firms have successfully negotiated a settlement to resolve all of our AMS cases along with thousands of cases from other law firms around the country. Derek was part of the negotiating team that recently reached the record-setting settlement of more than 20,000 cases. The settlement, which is believed to be one of the biggest medical device mass tort settlements in U.S. history, was announced by the parent company of AMS, Endo Pharmaceuticals.
