THE POTTS LAW FIRM REPRESENTS VICTIMS OF DALLAS, TEXAS NATURAL GAS EXPLOSION

The Potts Law Firm is honored to represent victims who were injured during an explosion in Dallas, Texas on April 2, 2018. The lawsuit was filed by The Potts Law Firm on April 19, 2018, in Dallas, Texas.

The explosion occurred at a duplex on the 3700 block of Spring Avenue and destroyed much of the structure. Two men were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries, and two others suffered minor injuries.

While investigators haven’t concluded that the natural gas company, Atmos Energy, is at fault for the explosion, they do suspect it is “natural gas related.”

Jason Evans, a Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesperson, released a statement saying, “The source of the leak was determined to be an open valve in the living room. Despite this finding, the ignition source has not yet been determined; and as a result, the exact cause is still undetermined.”

The incident occurred just 13 miles from the explosion that took place in late February which killed 12-year-old, Linda Rogers, and injured her four family members. Since 2010, at least eight other gas leaks have occurred within the same block of one another.
