53-YEAR-OLD RICHARD WHITE DIES IN ROLLOVER CRASH IN PEMBINA COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA
Automotive Defects – A 53-year-old man named Richard White from Walhalla, North Dakota, died on April 19, 2018, after being involved in a rollover crash in Pembina County. According to North Dakota Highway Patrol, Mr. White was driving 4 miles southeast of Walhalla on County Road 1 when the incident occurred. Mr. White was turning on a curve and his vehicle lost control. Mr. White was ejected from his vehicle as it overturned into a ditch and caught fire. He was rushed to Pembina County Memorial Hospital in Cavalier where he died hours later.

The incident is currently under investigation by authorities. The Potts Law Firm is currently investigating the incident and the vehicle in question to determine if defects were present in the vehicle.
