BIOGRAPHY
Michael’s passion for representing landowners in eminent domain matters began at a young age when his family’s home was taken against their will by the local government. Michael tried his first jury trial representing landowners after being licensed for less than a year. He has aggressively represented owners of office buildings, car dealerships, car washes, churches, ranches, and homes. His own personal experience with the condemnation process allows him to empathize with his clients and communicate to juries.
His passion in representing individuals has led Michael to be recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers from 2016-2021. He represents clients all across the State of Texas and is licensed in the Southern District of Texas. Michael is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
